The Elephant Not in the Room
September 27, 2007 by innovant
The phrase “the elephant in the room” is often used to bring a group’s attention to the fact that a large problem exists that everybody in the group is ignoring. Tonight, it will be hard to not pay attention to the elephant that is not in the room (pun intended). How can Romney, Giuliani, Thompson and McCain justify not attending this forum? How can anyone take them seriously as potential presidents? What does it say about the GOP?

It shows that the Republican Candidates are split; the ones who didn’t show, didn’t because their commitments are to the establishment and the major media. The ones who did show are really for the people and care about all, across colors. Watch the grass roots in this election. I think we will see an upset beyond all in the past. The common voter is getting involved and is tired of the momentum of the corporate industrial complex that is running our lives.
